Kezia Peterson (pronounced Kez – eye – ah) is a lawyer who focuses her practice on families and children. Kezia joined BHM as a co-op student and completed her articling year with BHM before being called to the bar.
Kezia Peterson completed her law degree at the University of Victoria, Faculty of Law and her Bachelor of Arts degree at Queen’s University, where she graduated with distinction.
Prior to joining BHM, Kezia completed a co-op term at the Office of the Seniors Advocate, where her interest in helping and supporting families was confirmed.
Since joining BHM, Kezia has had the privilege of editing and updating sections of the Family Law Agreements Manual.
As a member of the passionate and accomplished BHM team, Kezia is committed to supporting families as they navigate difficult transitions.
Kezia will endeavor to find the most appropriate and cost-effective solution for every client and will provide sound and realistic advice. Her practice includes resolving family disputes through alternative dispute resolution processes as well as litigation, if necessary.
