On June 23 and 24, 2016, Samantha Rapoport participated in the Continuing Legal Education Wills Drafting Workshop. Sam writes that she was particularly struck by the following passage in the course materials:
“It is time to explode the myth that there is such a thing as a “simple will.” Any document that has consequences as permanent and far-reaching as a will can never be “simple” no matter how straightforward it appears to be.”
