Samantha Rapoport is a mother of two and a partner with Brown Henderson Melbye.
For the better part of a decade, Sam has focused her practice on families, children and seniors.
Sam looks for practical and cost-effective ways to assist clients and their families move forward in times of transition.

Sam is also a keen legal drafter, with a particular interest in wealth preservation through tools such as pre-marital or cohabitation agreements and in estate planning.
Whether you are looking to add to your family through adoption, assisted reproduction or surrogacy, or are beginning or ending a relationship, Sam would be pleased to offer you advice or representation.
