Kay attended at “Grey Divorce: the next generation of family law”, a presentation of PBLI (Pacific Business & Law Institute) in Vancouver on October 28, where she learned emerging legal principles affecting people ending relationships later in life or after second marriages –including pension division, dividing family businesses, excluded property and marriage agreements the second time around.
